Miya provides social and emotional companion chat services connecting users with real human companions. The Service is provided for companionship, casual conversation, language practice, and general life chat purposes only. Miya is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, legal, or counseling services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek help from a qualified professional or emergency services in your area.
The Service is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis, by the minute or hour, as described on our Services page. Pricing is shown transparently before you incur charges. No subscription or long-term commitment is required unless you separately opt into an optional plan clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome will result from your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zisheng Trade Co., Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
